Public ban records
The public ban feed is not connected yet. We will only show verified records supplied through a read-only server integration; an absent name does not prove that no sanction exists.
- Public fields: Minecraft name, broad reason category, issue date, expiry date where applicable and current status.
- Private fields: IP addresses, email, staff notes, report evidence and security details will not be published.
- Records may be delayed or withheld for safety, privacy or an active investigation.
Appeal a sanction
Use the support centre with your Minecraft username, the approximate sanction date and a concise explanation. Never send a password, login code or authentication token.
- Submit one complete appeal and wait for the team to review it.
- Include relevant evidence without exposing another player’s private information.
- Purchases never influence moderation decisions.
Fair moderation
Warnings, mutes, restrictions and bans should be proportionate to severity, history and risk. Public records will avoid sensitive personal information and may be withheld where safety, privacy or an active investigation requires it.
